1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver our organic fertilizers and related products across India. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us at info@richplusindia.com before placing your order.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • In case of delays due to high order volume, supply issues, or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or phone.

3. Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
  • Remote & Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or government restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Packaging

All products are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Eco-friendly and recyclable packaging materials are used wherever possible.

Richplus is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

8. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order.
  • In case of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, re-shipping charges may apply.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We plan to expand to other countries in the future.
