Return & Refund Policy

At Richplus Bio-Fertilizers & Feeds, we are committed to providing high-quality organic fertilizers and agricultural products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which returns and refunds are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong product
  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused and unopened in its original packaging
  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required

Note: Due to the nature of fertilizers and agri-inputs, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to improper storage after delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been opened or partially used
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer
  • Products purchased during clearance sales or with special discount codes (unless defective/damaged)

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support within 7 days of delivery at info@richplusindia.com or +91 93639 41424 with details and supporting photos/videos of the product issue.
  2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or provide instructions for shipping the item back.
  3. Ensure the product is securely packed for return to avoid further damage.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong, defective, or damaged items.
  • If partial returns are made, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

5. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, you may also choose a replacement product (subject to availability). Replacements are sent free of cost in cases of wrong, damaged, or defective items.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order or until they are shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Prepaid order cancellations (within the allowed period) will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
